Calm Mediation is delighted to announce the appointment of Latinka Pilipovic as the organisation’s new Treasurer and Trustee. Latinka joined the Board of Trustees in November 2024 and will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial management and risk for the organisation at a crucial time of growth.
Latinka brings over 25 years of expertise in financial management and leadership within the financial services sector. A qualified chartered accountant, Latinka began her career at PwC before moving on to senior leadership roles at top institutions like Aviva and Legal & General. Her extensive career also includes serving as CFO and interim CEO at Foresters Financial, as well as CFO at Guardian Financial Services, where she honed her skills in financial oversight, strategic planning, and organisational growth.
In addition to her financial expertise, Latinka is passionate about supporting local communities, fostering young talent, and promoting the arts. She currently serves as Treasurer at the Forward Arts Foundation, a UK charity dedicated to the enjoyment and promotion of poetry. This dedication to community development and social impact aligns closely with Calm Mediation’s mission to provide accessible conflict resolution services and promote well-being within local communities.
As Treasurer, Latinka will ensure the financial integrity and sustainability of Calm Mediation, guiding the organisation through its next phase of growth while maintaining a focus on its core values of trust, empathy, and collaboration.
