Calm Mediation has appointed John Naldrett, Head of Mediation Services, as its new Chief Executive from 1 June 2025. John is an experienced mediator and service manager who worked in music and education before joining Calm Mediation in 2020.
John will replace outgoing CEO Ed Procter, who will take on a consultancy role to support leadership transition and continue his involvement in Calm Mediation’s Restorative Justice work.
Calm Mediation’s Chair of Trustees Paul George said:
