We offer a range of quality training opportunities in conflict resolution/ restorative approaches.

We’ve been training practitioners for 25+years. Our courses are rooted in our rich experience of mediation provision.
Our highly-rated 6-day courses are accredited by Open College Network (OCN).
We offer CPD points approved by the Civil Mediation Council.
Courses vary in length from 3 hours to 6 days.
We may be able to provide you with opportunities to practice your newly acquired skills.

About our conflict resolution skills training

We offer open courses (from two hours to six days) for individuals wishing to develop their personal skills. These can also be delivered as private courses for organisations wishing to develop their people.

We also work in partnership with employers to develop shorter bespoke training courses/sessions in conflict management for their staff.

Our curriculum reflects our years of practice supporting London’s communities to address conflict in all kinds of settings - from the office to the street!
