6-day accredited course (level 3, 9 credits) with Open College Network London.

Highly suitable for trades unions, larger employers setting up in-house mediation schemes, and HR departments for example.

Teaches an effective method for addressing workplace conflict. Includes tools and techniques that will develop delegates’ communication skills, empathy and collaborative working.

  • We can also provide ongoing development for trained workplace mediators to keep their skills sharp.

6-day accredited course (level 3, 9 credits) with Open College Network London.

Highly suitable for housing officers, mediation providers, local government staff or faith leaders, for example.

Teaches an effective method for addressing community conflict. Includes tools and techniques that will develop delegates’ communication skills, empathy and collaborative working.

  • We can also provide ongoing development for trained mediators to keep their skills sharp. 

4-day accredited course (level 3, 4 credits) with Open College Network London.

Ideal for organisations supporting those harmed by crime or supporting offenders.

Your team will learn how to support people to move forward in the aftermath of crime.
