Freddie switched to mediation while living in Australia, following a legal career. Now practising mostly in workplace, community and inter-generational mediation, she also manages services at Calm and in private practice. In 2022, Freddie became the first person in GB to be accredited as ‘Elder Mediator – Advanced level’ by the Elder Mediation International Network (EMIN) and feels privileged to strengthen awareness and practice in this growing field.
