John Naldrett became CEO of Calm Mediation in June 2025, bringing with him a wealth of experience in mediation, service development, and leadership. Since joining Calm Mediation in 2020 as a Neighbour Mediation Co-ordinator, John has played a pivotal role in the organisation’s growth. As Head of Mediation Services, he led the development of Calm’s Neighbour Service, expanding its reach and impact across communities. His approach combines practical insight, deep empathy, and a strong commitment to conflict resolution. Before his career in mediation, John worked in the music and education sectors, experiences that continue to inform his inclusive and creative leadership style.
