Having previously worked in music and education, John joined Calm Mediation in 2020 as a neighbour mediation coordinator and is an accredited community mediator. John manages neighbour mediation contracts for several housing associations and London boroughs. He also coordinates neighbour mediation cases, working alongside our volunteer mediators and clients from communities across London and beyond to enable successful mediations to take place.
