From the 1st June 2020 all practitioners working with victims and offenders will have access to our dedicated helpline.
Our team will be on hand from 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday to answer your queries;
- offering advice and information
- discuss potential referrals and provide case updates
- referral forms
- and the option for victims and/or offenders to speak directly to the RJ team
Our partners will be able to signpost service users directly to our helpline, should they wish to receive more information about their RJ options. As well as being able to provide our number for the service user to call us in their own time, we are happy to accept conference calls, with the consent of all participants, enabling the service user to have a phone call with their support worker and a trained member of the RJ team to explore RJ together.
The helpline will be accessible via freephone 0300 102 3031
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with the RJ team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
