Tracey joined the Board of Trustees in 2017. She has been an active mediator and trainer with Calm since 2011 and has qualifications in workplace, community and elder mediation. As well as workplace and neighbour conflicts, she has mediated inter-generational, team and multi-party disputes. She also has a private mediation practice in London. Prior to becoming a mediator, Tracey spent over twenty years working as a corporate communications specialist with health and other organisations across the sectors in London.
