Our Community Mediation Skills Training is an intensive, in-person course designed to take you from zero mediation experience to becoming a fully qualified mediator in 6 days. The course covers everything from understanding conflict dynamics to managing the mediation process. Using Calm’s training manual, crafted in-house over many years of experience, you will gain essential tools to handle conflicts professionally and effectively within community settings.
