Earning the OCN Accredited Mediation Practitioner qualification:

The Calm Mediation course offers the exceptional value of three levels of learning: theory, practical assessment and written assessment. Few courses provide the benefit of consolidating your learning after the teaching phase. You will have the opportunity to secure an independently recognised qualification through OCN. Most importantly, completion of this phase will give you confidence in the quality of your mediation as you begin your workplace practice.

Practical assessment: will take place on days 5 and 6, and will test the skills required of a workplace mediator in realistic cases role-played by other delegates, giving a further learning opportunity.

Written assessment: delegates will be asked to answer 15 questions in writing within two months following the course. These will consolidate your learning and enhance the self-reflection of your practice.

Upon passing both the practical and written elements, delegates will be awarded the OCN accredited mediation practitioner qualification. Under the OCN scheme, you will be awarded 9 Credits at Level 3.

Fee includes all course materials, practical assessment, accreditation and subsequent written.

This course is carefully paced to make the most of your training time.  It means that full attendance is required to fulfil the requirements and have the opportunity to achieve accreditation.
