We have a panel of Workplace Mediators who are all:
- Accredited mediators
- Specifically trained in Workplace Mediation
- Coordinated and supervised directly by Calm Mediation
- Attending regular skills development through Calm Mediation
- Co-mediating to offer the best possible outcomes.
All our panel members are also active volunteers in Calm Mediation's neighbour or RJ services (an entry requirement for inclusion). We are proud to work towards prevention and reduction of conflict in workplaces across London and beyond with these committed and expert practitioners.
