Zoe joined Calm Mediation in 2021 and works as a Restorative Service Coordinator. Her inspiration to pursue a career in restorative justice stems from a book about the impact of forgiveness loaned by a family member a few years earlier. In addition to managing cases, Zoe delivers awareness sessions to partner agencies including the Metropolitan Police. Zoe is a qualified Restorative Justice Practitioner and works closely with skilled volunteers, supporting them to deliver high-quality RJ processes.
