Ed works closely with Calm Mediation's Senior Leadership in an advisory capacity. He successfully held the position of CEO from September 2023 until May 2025. Over the past 25 years he has held senior leadership positions in organisations dedicated to legal services, conflict resolution and regulation. Most recently he was CEO of independent press regulator Impress and sports arbitration and mediation body Sport Resolutions. Earlier in his career he worked in legal aid, criminal justice and advertising development. He is an experienced leadership coach and mentor.
Ed is married with two adult daughters. His passions include sport, film, theatre, travel and cooking.
