Chris Pickard was Calm Mediation's Chair of Trustees 2020-2024. He was previously a Trustee of Southwark Mediation Centre and is an accredited commercial mediator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Chris is a partner at Movius Consulting, a boutique negotiation and leadership advisory consultancy, where he leads the life-sciences practice. Chris’s background is in the pharmaceutical industry, where he held global and regional leadership roles at Pfizer Inc and Novo Nordisk. Chris began his career in the British Parliament, where worked as group manager of the All-Party Parliamentary Health Group.
