By joining our volunteer Workplace Mediator Panel you can consolidate your new skills in a supportive environment.
Our volunteers benefit from regular skills development and supervision sessions, connecting with our thriving community of over one hundred mediators.
Volunteers must be able to travel for in-person mediations and training within the London area, with prior notice, as well as participate in online mediation. We ask new volunteers to attend a brief online induction before starting.
